Job Requirements:
Main Duties and Responsibilites
- Assist Landscaping Manager with lining up project materials, plants/shrubs/trees, and deliveries
- With each project: train, motivate, implement design plans, oversee and work beside the crew while maintaining a positive attitude
- Clean and restore the job site to the customer's satisfaction
- Educate customers on maintenance and plant care
- Monitor equipment and inform the mechanic if maintenance is needed
- Complete the project making our customer's dream outdoor living spaces a reality
Compensation
- $22 - $30 per hour depending on experience with Bi-Annual performance-based bonuses (Possible salary position $50-$60k per year depending on experience.)
