IT Service Desk Lead
6+ month contract with intent to convert
Conversion Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 DOQ
*** Just moved into a new office - this team will demonstrate professionalism and positive customer service skills! Deskside support (office has hotel and assigned seating for employees). Will help set up office, printers, AV systems / offices, etc. Must know how to troubleshoot - O365, zoom/teams, printers, Wi-Fi, home and in office setups, etc.
L1 is outsourced, so this team has L2 - L3 resources. This Lead will have 5-10 support reps on their pod. This Lead will also need to be hands on and the escalation "go to "when need be.
Over 130 regional offices, 400+ corporate employees locally, approximately 3500 total USA employees.
Ideally someone that still gets in the trenches as well as:
- delegate tasks
- run metrics
- oversee the workload for a team of about 5-10 L2 Agents
- Both desktop and customer/remote experience needed
- Service Now
- O365
- SAP nice to have
- Salesforce nice to have
- Power BI, Azure nice to have
