Canada Payroll Project Manager

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3-5 years of IT project management experience is required. PMP certification is preferred. Prior experience in engineering or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

With the successful implementation and stabilization of both US Payroll (Dayforce) and Time Management (UKG Kronos) projects in 2021, the MCBC NA team will look to expand Kronos to the Canadian breweries and specific corporate locations, as well as to migrate Canada payroll onto the US Payroll's Dayforce solution; including consolidation to three pay groups (hourly, salaried, and pensions). Typical Project Management responsibilities are expected, including schedule, scope, and risk management, along with management of 3rd party vendors and resources. A minimum of 3-5 years of IT project management experience is required, including implementation of a payroll, timekeeping, or other business critical HR system. PMP certification is preferred.
