Project Manager - Commercial - Milwaukee, WI

As a national leader our client is seeking a Project Manager to join a team that oversees some of Milwaukee's fastest growing - high profile projects. A successful candidate will have an extensive background providing leadership, planning, coordination as well as the completion of projects on a strict schedule.

Client Details

This Milwaukee based construction company is a leader in General Contracting while specializing in design build commercial projects. As one of Milwaukee's fastest growing GC's, our client has an extensive pipeline of commercial projects ready to break ground Spring/Summer of 2022. This company is looking to add project managers to ensure all projects start on time.

Description

• Provide management/leadership on upcoming commercial projects
• Work with both on site and off site teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Collaborate with team to prepare cost, budget, and time table of project
• Manage cost to ensure project is completed within the initial budget
• Manage subcontractors schedule, budget, contracts, quality and completion of work
• Create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all
• Provide leadership as it relates to the companies standards and diversity

Profile

• 5+ years of Project management with GC or Developer
• Background in design build commercial construction preferred but not required
• Management of projects 5M+ strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to grow and maintain client relationships
• Desire to grow professionally

Job Offer

• Base salary of $100,000 - $125,00 depending on experience
