IT Product Manager

VALERE Consulting and Recruiting is Hiring a Product Manager for our large retail Client in the Twin Cities, this is a long term contract position.

Team:

Team is undergoing project to product transformation and have significant core technology shifts that are beginning.

The intent of role is contract to hire after a successful ramp-up and short stabilization period.

Local candidates are preferred, however open to those who are located in our Client's hub cities, Atlanta, Seattle, Boston and San Diego.

Summary:

Managing prioritization and flow of work to product team, establishing and curating backlog, engaging stakeholders, customers, leaders to define work and priority/sequencing. Empowering team and teaching/sustaining product practices and agility. Ensuring delivery of outcomes related to organizational goals
