We are looking for Support RNs/LPNs. This nursing role is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the assisted living and memory care residents are met.

Position includes;
* 64-80 hours in two weeks
* Day or evening shifts
* Every other weekend rotation/holidays
* Benefit eligible

*Responsibilities/Job Description*
* Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status
* Implements new and updates current resident care plan
* Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed
* Manages and oversees timely and accurate medication and treatment administration
* Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times
* Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff
*Qualifications*

*Required: *
* Current MN RN or LPN license or by start date
* AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

*Preferred: *
* Must be comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
* Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
* Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
* Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population

*Vaccination Update*

As part of our ongoing efforts to protect the wellbeing of our teams and to provide a safe and healthy environment for the patients and communities we serve, all Ebenezer employees will be required to receive both an annual flu vaccination and the COVID-19 vaccination series. Current employees must have completed both vaccination schedules on or before January 4, 2022.

Any new hires who are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to receive their first dose prior to their start date and their second dose (if receiving Moderna or Pfizer vaccines) within 4 weeks of their start date. Annual flu vaccinations are also required before the employment start date for employees who begin employment during the flu season. Accommodations requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.
