Job Description

Our Emergency Dept, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night Shift. Join our team of experienced RN's, providers, and tech's who work seamlessly to provide exceptional care to our patients. We believe there is a better way to provide healthcare, where nurses enjoy meaningful work and where patient-centered teams transform lives for the better.

Our Emergency Department is a state of the art, 16-bed unit, Trauma Level IV certified, and Chest Pain Center Accredited. We are recognized as a Top 100 Rural Hospital & Community Hospital, Grade "A" Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade and CMS Five-Star Hospital Rating.

Hours: 12- hour shift, 3 shifts per week. Fulltime (0.9 FTE)

For a limited time, a $15,000 sign-on bonus is in available.

Qualifications - External

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Associates of Science Degree in Nursing
Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse licensure
Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
Current ACLS certification for HealthCare Providers or within 6 months of hire
Current PALS certification for Healthcare Providers or within 1 year of hire

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing
Three years current Emergency Room RN experience in an Acute Care setting
Trauma experience including current TNCC certification for HealthCare Providers
Pediatric experience including current ENPC certification for HealthCare Providers
Current NIHSS Certification
