Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst supports the maintenance of the HR management system in addition to other systems supported by the HR Team. This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.



Job Requirements:

Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst supports the maintenance of the HR management system in addition to other systems supported by the HR Team. This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as administrator of UKG software, which requires proactive initiative to resolve the most complex HRIS application and process issues.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and lead the planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing phases of assigned projects. Keeping team member and stakeholder awareness and coworker knowledge/support in mind at all times.
  • Backup for payroll processing including maintaining accurate employee personnel records and conducting payroll reporting and auditing duties.
  • Data analytics master for all HR systems
  • Train system users on functionalities and new features
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of UKG software upgrades.
  • Act as a liaison between the HR and IT group. Participate in the testing of new reports, processes, etc. and provide testing results to appropriate resources.
  • Manage Vendor relationships and correspondence of all HR-IT Products (Alight, Qualtrics, UKG, etc)
  • Develop reports to meet management requests and needs for human-resource-related information to various levels.
  • Assists in answering questions regarding systems functionality.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Able to manage, prioritize, organize and multi???task projects.
  • Possesses both analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree with experience in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP Certification) preferred
  • Outstanding Excel Skills
  • Possesses a curious mindset
