The Quality Review Specialist evaluates telephonic interactions between consumers and sales agents to ensure adherence to key compliance, customer and organizational requirements. This position conducts evaluations and provides feedback to reduce errors and improve performance.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday to Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 2020 Innovation Court, De Pere, 54115.

We offer 7 to 10 days of paid training onsite.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Bilingual written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance. Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of call center experience
  • Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, and create simple spreadsheets)
