Program Manager

Regional foundation seeks individual to lead the Initiators Fellowship, a premier program supporting social enterprises and rural Minnesota leaders. Program development, delivery and evaluation experience required; demonstrated experience with leadership development, group facilitation, training, technical assistance and resource referrals; ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Bachelor's degree and five years' experience or equivalent combination.
