Job Description
As the North American (NA) Engineering Leader for ADAS, you will represent the North American Region in the Global Bosch ADAS development team.
Your focus will be on the development and release of ADAS solutions and equipment for the North American Automotive Service Solutions industry.
You will be responsible for:
North American engineering representation in global ADAS Core Team (System Team in ENG1)
Member of the global ADAS Technical Team
Steering the NA regional strategy for innovation
Responsible for the overall NA regional projects
Requirements Development with NA regional marketing
Project planning and preparation (staffing, scope, tools)
Project kickoff and tracking (Progress, Budget, Risks)
Monthly reporting in regional and global Project Reviews
Industrialization support for ADAS products in NA
Coordination of regional ADAS releases
One Voice to region NA in respect of ADAS
Input and influence into the next 12 month business plan
Alignment within global ADAS Core Team
