Pharmacy Technician | Retail Pharmacy | St. Cloud Hospital

Starting pay $17.49 per hour | Casual | Various hours based on candidate availability | Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-430 p.m., 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m., 1:30-10 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays 10 a.m. -10 p.m.

Find your purpose getting patients the medication they need to survive, heal, and thrive. You'll serve patients of all ages, from premature infants to the elderly.

Pharmacy technicians at CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital do all these things by supporting our pharmacists in dispensing medication to patients. You'll help to prepare and dispense a variety of pharmacy products. Examples include Sterile preparations, antibiotics, controlled substances, chemotherapy, and much more.

You'll be trained to use technology for dispensing, packaging, barcoding and restocking medication as part of the pharmacy team.

Pay:

Base pay starts at $17.49 an hour, going upwards with experience credit or certification.
Evening and weekend shift differential.

Requirements:

High School Diploma required
Registration as a pharmacy technician with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy is required upon hire
Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred
Completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program is preferred
Previous experience is preferred
