Role: IT - Change Control Professional
Duration: 08 Months with extension/hire
Location: Milwaukee, WI 53208
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (required) in IT or related field.
- No certifications needed (ITIL or PMP a plus).
- 3+ years of experience. Software: ServiceNow, MS Office applications.
- Prior experience working within or supporting a change/configuration management process required.
- Prior experience working on a large or transformation program is preferred, especially with SAP implementions/upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- The Change Control Coordinator will be responsible for managing the client's change control process for the One North America (ONA) program.
- Responsibilities will include creating ServiceNow change requests for implementations, consolidating supporting documentation, working with project leads to facilitate change request approval, attending Change Approval Board meetings to review change requests for approval, and documenting and completing action items.
- Strong discipline and organizational and communication skills are critical.
