This position manages a team of Value Stream Leaders managing large programs or multiple medium-sized programs. Drives business-level strategic planning efforts, develops milestones, spearheads solutions for program problems, and oversees the P&L of programs. Leads the implementation and maturation of the Collins Management System and owns overall customer scorecard management.

Primary Responsibilities:

Leads team of Value Stream Leaders managing large programs or multiple medium-sized programs to ensure adherence to program plans, schedules and budgets.

Oversees P&L of the combined programs to ensure that profitability targets are met.

Reviews and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the program(s).

Monitors value-stream strategy, progress and results to ensure that goals are achieved.

Drives business level strategic planning efforts.

Guides continuous improvement initiatives across value streams.

Works with other functional business leaders to set priorities for resources and funding. Co-owns portfolio prioritization process.

Develops new business growth strategies to increase profitability and/or market share of the organization.

Responsible for overall development program execution, programmatic structure, and lessons learned.

Interfaces with customers for high level negotiations, recovery scenarios, and new business opportunities.

Establishes cost and customer satisfaction focused performance targets and directs work to achieve these targets.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience OR

Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience OR

In absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience is required

Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident Green Card holder
