We are looking for a Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager to join our growing company. This position will provide excellent customer service to our clients by assisting them with their commercial insurance needs.

Essential Functions

1. Respond to client questions by providing information in person, over the phone, and by email.

2. Own the client Experience and bonding process

3. Meet Compliance standards

4. Manage day to day requests

5. Process policy changes and update agency management system

6. Attend required training and meetings

7. Collaborate with team members on service needs

8. Back up to Claims Advocate in assisting with reporting claims

This is a non exempt, hourly role that reports into Commercial Lines Manager

Core Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am -5:00pm

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred. License in Property and Casualty Insurance 3-5 years of experience in the Insurance Industry.
