The Reporting BPO is responsible for the Global Reporting Strategy to be followed and enforced across business unit within each specific region. This position requires business functions and structure general knowledge to be able to gather requirements, connect the business teams with the proper transformation and IT teams to communicate requirements and follow up on the development and deployment processes

How you will do it: ??? Understand and apply Global Reporting Strategy ??? Knowledge of Corporate Wide Reporting Tools ??? Assessment and inventory of local/regional approved reporting tools ??? Lead the reporting requirements gathering throughout the multiple implementation/migration phases within the specific regions for all
business functions Guide additional reporting requirements through the program governance process Align with Reporting GPO on existing global reports inventory Reporting requirements implementation process follow up from requirement to set up in production. (Requirement Documentation, Reports Functional Design review and approval, Reports Test, Reports move to production and hyper care period follow up)

Track/Review: ??? PSR reports ?requirements work package . Target Operating Models - Reports Sections ??? BW Reports ??? Report requirements per deployment/local site . Reports KUT and EUT
Develop/Build: ??? Propel reports overview (in conjunction with matrix parties)
??? Include names, roles, responsibilities (slide 1 and 2)
??? Ensure alignment with Enterprise GP strategy . Reports Catalogue (in conjunction with Enterprise Reports GPO) - how are they tied to required global/local KPIs . Day in the Life Reports by persona (in conjunction with BPO teams)
Ongoing Support: ??? Continuous communication with Enterprise GPO for S4 Hana reports visibility ??? Reports governance support (aligned with project and post-project CR processes) - downstream requirement impacts to reports identification/communication ??? Connect business teams with the proper transformation and IT teams to communicate requirements and follow up on the development and deployment processes ??? Ongoing support to GRC process controls for key reports required for site controllers ??? Recurring touchpoints with reports stakeholders - as needed (CoE, JCMS. Trade/Compliance, Sales, etc.)
