Typical duties and responsibilities (Senior PM)

  • Lead Site Safety and Safety, Health and Environmental (HSE).
  • Lead and Manage company site team(s) for completion of construction activities in accordance with project objectives, schedule, priorities, and contract specifications.
  • Serve as leader of the Project Team for assigned project.
  • Supervise on-site contractual administration and specification compliance.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all onsite construction activities.
  • Serve as Company single-point contact on-site for contractor site management.
  • Manage interfaces/interactions with all onsite contractors and other groups as needed to successfully complete the project.
  • Report progress, performance, initiatives, and issues to Senior Project Manager.
  • Support project construction site management as needed.
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the day-to-day field operations for all construction disciplines.
  • Understand and execute assigned construction tasks within the project scope.
  • Work with multi-discipline teams while monitoring and controlling.
  • Provide the interface between the all disciplines involved and the Sr. Project Manager.
  • Respond to and manage all field and stakeholder information requests.
  • Champion safety programs and ensuring a safe work site.
  • Proactively identify and correct design issues to limit rework.
  • Develop and implement schedule recovery plans.
  • Introduce and maintain Specifications / Standards / Design Guides / Work Processes to align with company goals.
Required skills and qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in O&G construction project management.
  • Bachelor's degree In Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience or certifications.
  • Computer skills with high proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Able to collaborate with others in a fast-changing environment.
  • Able to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience.
  • Understand and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Experience with design build construction projects.
  • Experience reviewing engineering documents and identifying potential issues in advance of fabrication.
