LAB Technician III

Lab Technician- First shift for one month training then moves to second shift
Estimated 12+ months-up to $26.71 hr, depending on experience
Volt Technical resources is seeking a second shift Lab Technician for a well known manufacturer in their Maplewood Facility. You will be testing new product development materials. Training will be on first shift for about a month then would go to second and third rotating shift.
You will be involved in all aspects of technical service in support of chemical mechanical polishing operations for high-tech electronics applications. Job duties include execution of standard operating procedures to polish glass and metal disks, execution of written test methods to operate test equipment.
Requirements:

• Experience in a lab or technical environment is preferred. Must be computer literate with good communication and time management skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills are required.
• Associates or bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or materials science or related discipline. (entry level industry experience).
