Salary: $120,000-$130,000 + 10% annual Bonus

What You Will Be Doing
- This position will have 7 direct reports and in this position, you will be leading and supporting core applications within our core research group
- Hire, ensures training, supervise, and evaluate the performance of engineering (development/testing) and analytical staff
- Works with team leads, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and project teams to establish an applications roadmap
- Provides strategic planning leadership for the Application portfolio
- Report ongoing status' to the IT Leadership, Vice President IT Applications, CIO, Business Partners
- Resolves technical and business issues related to the Application portfolio and Application delivery projects
- BS Degree preferred
- Must have prior IT/ Application development leadership experience - either as a manager, supervisor, or hands-on team lead
- Knowledge and experience with full software development life cycle- we primarily work with .NET
- Experience with Azure and Sharepoint is preferred
