You ensure all our ducks are in a row when it comes to our people processes... and there are a lot! You ensure everything we do meets (and exceeds) the new hire and hiring manager's expectations, finding ways to document, streamline and automate our people processes to keep us on track and on time. Things like tracking our internal moves, preparing, tracking and executing hiring, promotions, terminations, scanning and capturing files, managing our background check process, delivering new hire orientation and much more, all fall within your wheelhouse.Discover the passionate talent that makes MSE the . You own all part time and internal recruiting, including working with internal leaders to guide them through our hiring process, as well as bringing our Inclusive Culture efforts to life through your work. You'll work with hiring manager and peers to execute a college relations and internship strategy to build and cultivate a MSE bench, both in Minnesota and Iowa.Understand the devil is in the details. You pay attention to things both big and small. From tracking new hires to communicating to leaders about background checks, you don't miss a beat. You follow through, and follow-up, you ensure every "t" is crossed and "i" is dotted, because delivering amazing for our employees you serve brings you joy.Solve problems as you see them. Our HR team is focused on getting better every day and you're at the center of all we do, so we expect that you don't wait for permission, you seek out problems or inefficiencies in our HR processes and solve them before we even know they're there.Are a cultural centerpiece. Your interaction with our employees is constant. You handle sensitive conversations and interactions by owning our new hire and orientation process. People see you as a trusted advisor, a helpful resource and a critical part of our team and the Wild's culture.YOU ARE A:Qualified People Professional. We're flexible, but we need someone that understands this gig and what it takes. You should have over a year of experience in a Human Resources function and be able to pass a background check. Additionally, you should have the ability to advise on employee relations issues, understand the employment life cycle, be a self-starter, have strong attention to details (think eagle eyes!) and, ideally, have experience with recruiting and/or HRIS systems. We'll teach you what you need to know, but you should already have a sense of what "great" looks like.Trusted Partner. Our team runs on relationships.
