Support our excellent project mechanical engineers and designers by providing mechanical system design, documentation and construction administration for projects.
Utilize the following software to complete tasks accurately and on time: Outlook, Excel, BlueBeam, AutoCad, Revit, Word, Trane Trace700, Adobe Captivate, 7 Geese and LiquidPlanner.
Requirements
Key Results Area : Document Production and Coordination
Fully understand and follow EP drafting standards.
Complete construction documents with high level of accuracy and completeness.
Responsible for consistent sheet and background set-up.
Set a standard for effective communication with staff and with other design professionals.
Establish a high level of efficiency for all drafting tasks.
Meet project deadlines - this may require overtime hours.
Maintain consistent and reliable office hours.
Key Results Area : Mechanical Design
Accurately, efficiently size and lay out all aspects of plumbing systems including water, waste and vent and storm systems including floor plans, schedules and risers.
Construction administration tasks such as shop drawing review and RFI's.
Accurately, efficiently size and lay out all aspects of HVAC systems including floor plans, schedules and details including sizing and layout of ductwork and diffusers.
