Job Details

Full-time, full benefits, and full job satisfaction knowing your work will make a difference with Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. We are hiring full-time Program Coordinators (PC) for our Residential Services Program to work in Fargo. Some job duties include:

  • Case management and service coordination for children and adults with barriers, and adults who are aging;
  • Supervision of Direct Support Personnel; and
  • Ensuring persons-supported realize their goals and attain personal outcomes.

The salary range is $43,000 to $46,000 per year depending on experience.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a human service field plus one year of experience in working directly with people with developmental disabilities. Preference will be given to those with a psychology, social work, education or gerontology degree.

Typical hours are between 8 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Flexibility is needed to work later into the evenings when times arise to meet family needs. Being on-call is part of the job. The PC takes the phone on a rotation for one week at a time.

The organization merged with Goodwill Industries in 1996 to broaden its consumer focus and mission to include people who are socially and economically disadvantaged, as well as those who have disabilities.
