Responsible for high quality, efficient lighting, power and systems design, documentation and construction administration for projects.
Utilize the following software to complete tasks accurately and on time: Outlook, Excel, BlueBeam, AutoCad, Revit, Word, COMcheck, AGI 32, SKM Power Tools, Adobe Captivate, 7 Geese and LiquidPlanner.
Requirements
Key Results Area : Electrical Engineering Development and Project Design
Mentor younger staff to help them develop on projects.
Perform project quality assurance checks.
Communicate effectively with staff and other design professionals.
Manage multiple priorities, both internal and external.
Assist and lead owner in making informed lighting and systems decisions.
Develop accurate, code-compliant, coordinated and efficient designs.
Set a standard of responsive construction administration services.
Perform facility assessment and site verifications.
Meet project deadlines - this may require overtime hours.
Gain trust and contribute to increasing share of wallet with Clients.
Utilize the company software to complete tasks and manage staff accurately, effectively and on time.
Make EP better - specifications, processes, details, electrical technologies, code knowledge.
