Culinary Academy Instructor

Mitchell Technical College is seeking an instructor for the Culinary Academy. This is a full-time position beginning August 1, 2022. Applicants must have a minimum of three years of kitchen operations experience and a culinary degree. Equivalent Sous Chef experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.  

This position includes both classroom and laboratory teaching of all levels of Culinary Arts courses. In addition, this instructor will have proven communication skills and be responsible for maintaining positive classroom management. Other duties include, but are not limited to, curriculum development and restructuring, committee assignments, student academic advising, student recruitment, and responsible usage of culinary materials and supplies.
