Banking Associate (dl33)

We are searching for a Client Service Associate to join our growing team!

Job Duties:

• Assisting consumer clients with support in IRA's, checking, and savings accounts
• Provide customer assistance for online banking, bill pay, and debit card services
• File maintenance review and red flag address verification
• Process account deposits, verifies cash/checks and endorsements, & receives customer payments
• Responsible for accurate balancing of all cash and daily proof transactions
• Provide consistent quality customer service that exceeds expectations
• Greets all walk-in client traffic and directs customers to appropriate Bank personnel
• Provide clerical support to the Lending, Marketing, and Deposit Service areas
• Vault balancing, ordering, and selling of currency and coin

Requirements:

• High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Associate or Bachelor's Degree in finance and/or business management is desirable.
• 2+ years previous banking experience in direct customer support/commercial banking operations is a plus but not required; we are willing to train
• Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines
• Detail Orientation - Ability to remain focused to achieve accuracy and thoroughness.
• Interpersonal Skills - Ability to establish and cultivate trusting professional working relationships.

Pay range: $40,000-$42,000
Schedule: 8am- 5pm Monday - Friday
