Job Details

The CFO will be a key member of the executive team and central to all strategic, operational, technology, financial and reporting activities. Reporting to the CEO and partnering with the other members of the executive team, the CFO will oversee and manage reporting systems and controls, ensuring that key functional leaders and their teams are provided with accurate, timely, and relevant financial data that is helpful in running the business and operations. Additionally, the CFO will manage all aspects of accounting, internal reporting, financial planning & analysis functions. The CFO will provide leadership to the finance organization, ensuring that the function is properly organized, staffed, developed, motivated and compensated. In addition, the CFO will also oversee the IT department and Purchasing/Materials department.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a senior leader within the Company, and business partner to the CEO and other members of the executive team. Bring a structured approach, organizational commitment to achieving business objectives.
  • As a proactive member, support the execution of its strategic initiatives and assist in achieving well-defined targets; establish metrics and systems that maintain accountability and manage risks.
  • Lead a rigorous and disciplined planning and forecasting process to provide analytical insight and direction to management decision makers, while ensuring that aggressive yet realistic plans are established.
  • Lead and manage the Company's accounting and control function. Ensure that the Company maintains adequate financial and non-financial controls and that it leverages information technology in the accumulation, analysis, interpretation and distribution of financial information.
  • Lead and manage the Company's treasury & tax function, including cash management activities, credit facility maintenance / reporting and lender relationships.
  • Ensure that all levels of the Company, and external constituents, are provided with accurate, timely and relevant financial reporting to run the business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting/ finance experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • CPA or MBA preferred
