About the Position:
Hiring for a Project Manager, responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are completed on time and on budget.
Requirements:
Construction Management, Engineering, or a related 4-year Degree.
5+ years of prior Project Management experience for commercial general contractor and/or Owner/Developer.
Specific project experience within wood-frame multifamily apartments, healthcare, corporate office, and/or education construction.
Knowledge of Viewpoint software.
