JOB PURPOSE:

Position exists to win tubing orders for United Industries, Inc. and to provide direct interface with customers.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Achieve or exceed the order entry budget while operating within budgeted expense levels.

- Cooperate with the Sales team to secure all possible orders for United Industries, Inc.

  • Coordinate sales activity to win orders and satisfy the customer.
  • Develop price sheets, quotations and part pricing as required.
  • Be knowledgeable of all Products and Technology, competitive products, and pricing policies.
  • Responsible for trip reports, and other periodic reports and updates as required.
  • Obtain and provide marketplace and competitor feedback.
  • Review status of open quotations as directed and provide follow-up information.
  • Other related tasks as may be assigned.

KNOWLEDGE/TRAINING/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant market/industry.
  • Self Starter and relationship builder, must be able to communicate well with customers and management personnel.
  • Must be well organized.
  • Must be computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Expected to travel up to 60%.
