Top Skills Needed:

• Experience with either - Cisco, Nortel or Avaya (they are migrating to Alcatel eventually)
• Boots on the ground role. Hands on Move Add Changes (MAC)
• Candidates need to have ability to interact with Clinicians and Medical Staff
• Experience with VoIP installs, resets, dealing with Telecom vendors
• Different schedule every day. Candidates will check Service Now every morning to see what facility they are needed at and go.
