Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Job Description
Gather and analyze financial information; will typically conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. Responsibilities include analyzing and communicating financial information for clients.
Responsibilities for this position will include the following:
* Support ReCon Operations Monthly Close and Reporting processes.
* Provide Financial Support and Analysis for ReCon Capital Projects.
* Assist in providing financial data and analysis for assigned programs as needed.
* Prepares analyses and reports for department managers.
* Works with assigned organizational unit(s) to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting.
* Supports month end close.
* Prepares and consolidates financial data.
* Prepares statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.
* Executes special projects and/or Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Position Requirements:
* Bachelors' degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. Manager would prefer to see degrees in a financial discipline.
* Manager is seeking candidates with at least 4-6 years financial and/or accounting experience in their backgrounds.
* Manager is asking to see candidates with experience in any related financial software.
* Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
* Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data.
* Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting.
* Proficiency using MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
