About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant in Technology as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology, International. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at . This lead consultant will support the lines of business with presence in the Canada, LATAM & Caribbean region.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses to include delivery of technology infrastructure, products and services for international business in the Canada, LATAM and Caribbean region.
  • Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions representing in region lines of business to companywide technology initiatives
  • Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives impacting multiple lines of business across Canada, LATAM and Caribbean region.
  • Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements for all regional technology projects
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence Americas region technology solutions
  • Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems.
  • Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams. Provide reporting documentation and verbal communication to senior leadership within the business and technology teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Experience implementing and supporting technology for international based business
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to consult, build and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management and implementation in a technical environment
  • Process mindset with focus on building/enhancing processes with continuous process improvement
  • Knowledge and understanding of application development, infrastructure, and architecture environments
  • Knowledge and understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements I international banking
  • Knowledge and understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking
  • Knowledge and understanding of Commercial International Banking
