Job Summary:

F Street Group has experienced remarkable growth and is looking to capitalize on new market and service opportunities. Our growth has created an immediate need for an amazingly talented digital marketer to join our team and dominate our paid ad campaigns. The new passionate and ambitious Paid Search Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of our nationwide digital ads strategies, as well as utilizing analytics data to improve lead generation. There is no room for second best. We are a team of hustlers and go-getters and the demand for excellence will be rewarded in kind.

Your primary responsibilities will be maintaining the digital ad accounts of our company and analyzing the results to identify patterns and trends that can help us improve the efficiency and usability of our products and services. You will also be expected to improve our overall digital ad strategy and maximize the return on our investment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns
  • Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages
  • Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase ROI
  • Use digital ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns
  • Analyze and optimize PPC campaigns to increase ROI
  • Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices
  • Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility
  • Collaborate with a team of marketers and help drive additional SEO enhancements


The position reports directly to VP, Marketing.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Passion for Marketing - you should be a mix of innovative, creative, and tech-savvy
  • Ability to think creatively and identify areas to capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Strong ability to manage time and deadlines without micromanagement
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics (other digital ad platforms a plus)
  • A strong understanding of how to enhance efforts with SEO and SEM
  • Google Ads certification
  • Competency with using Microsoft Office and other tech software (HubSpot, Zapier, etc.)
  • A sense of humor and the ability to have fun while you work


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, but not required
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Google Ad Campaign Management

Pay to start at $80,000 a year pending qualifications and experience, plus monthly bonus opportunities.
