Position Summary

The Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator will provide excellent administrative and operational support to the Executive Director and President of the Board of Directors. This position will be an ambitious and resourceful ambassador of Hospice of the Red River Valley’s (HRRV) culture. This position must thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects efficiently and effectively. In addition to being organized and analytical, the position will exercise good judgment and possess the interpersonal skills needed to interact with a variety of people across multiple job functions and levels.

Qualifications

• Exceptional oral and written communications; calm, friendly, helpful, and a professional demeanor

• Excellent computer, internet, and information technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, video conferencing and the ability to learn new technology tools quickly

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and flexible with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• High integrity, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a can-do attitude

• Strong organizational skills accompanied with a high attention to detail

• Superb time management skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Elevated listening skills with the ability to understand assignments and complete them with minimal follow up from the Executive Director

• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate change and act efficiently

Education, Training, and/or Experience

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Two (2) to four (4) years of professional experience in an executive assistant role required; five (5) to seven (7) years of experience preferred

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Required

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License, maintain vehicle insurance, and be able to drive a vehicle on public motorways
