Director - Football Video Operations

Position Information

Reporting to the head football coach, the Director of football video is responsible for the daily administrative operation of the football video program, including but not limited to: purchasing, video department budget, creative design, and acting as liaison between various other campus departments (IT).

Advertised Salary:

Salary is competitive and commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• One (1) year experience working in a Division I FBS football program
• Three (3) years' experience working in a Division I FCS football program
• Thorough knowledge, understanding and experience of, and commitment to, NCAA Division I and MVFC rules and regulations
• Experience and knowledge working within a Football Video Department
• Evidence of ability to interact positively with student-athletes, parents, colleagues and the public
• Evidence of strong organizational skills
• Demonstration of effective oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience and knowledge of video editing software (DVSport/XOs/Catapult Thunder)
• Knowledge of video equipment
• Experience in meeting room conversions
• Previous experience of supervising student staff
• Previous experience and knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Premier
• Previous experience with Pro Football Focus (PFF)
