Senior Financial Analyst / Accounting Analyst - Hybrid Work Model

One of our favorite clients in Minneapolis is growing and is looking to add a new position to help support their growth. This newly created role will be the first true FP&A hire for the company and will have the ability to help build out those functions for the business, (i.e. building budgeting/forecasting processes, financial models, etc.). As the Senior Financial Analyst/Accounting Analyst, your primary focus will be building/supporting FP&A functions as well as working with the Controller on providing some general accounting support.

As the Senior Financial Analyst/Senior Accountant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support
  • Analysis of financial performance
  • Financial modeling
  • Financial reporting
  • General Ledger accounting support
  • Ad-hoc projects

    • Key Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst/Senior Accountant:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
  • Minimum of three years experience
  • Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Modeling experience required
  • General Ledger accounting experience
  • CPA or advanced degree preferred
  • Great communication skills
  • High attention to detail

    • Compensation : $85,000 to $100,000
