Tools Inc is looking for a Maintenance Technician primarily focused on troubleshooting, repairing and programming fiber optic laser machines. A maintenance Technician is a professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work alone or with others to maintain the equipment to the standards of the company while observing all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
Support operations of C02 and fiber optic laser equipment including head and mirror repair/replacement fixture setup
Perform maintenance of electrical systems including relay switches and ability to read and understand electrical schematics
Create/close work orders in a CMMS
Troubleshooting press controls/PLC's
Participate in the set up/removal of equipment
Maintain equipment to safety standard for all employees
Conform to all safety procedures including lockout/tagout, hazard communication and all OSHA and ANSI standards
5 to 10 years of proven maintenance experience
Strong electrical skills (110v, 220v, 480v)
Knowledge of fiber optic and C02 laser machines is a plus
