Dallen Wealth Management Group, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, has an opening for a Paraplanner. This full-time position will elevate the client experience by providing exceptional service while serving as analytical and operational support to the financial advisors. The ideal candidate will be able to operate effectively both independently and collaboratively within the team. This position will also require adherence to the highest standards of business and professional ethics and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. Position is salaried plus a bonus structure with 401(k), Health, Dental and Vision benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Provide key technical support for advisors, which includes, but is not limited to, accurately and efficiently completing client trading, money movement and RMDs
  • Prepares, analyzes and reviews client financial planning deliverables while maintaining communication with client throughout the process
  • Reviews client cash reports and works with advisors on action items
  • Work with advisors in the creation and monitoring of model portfolios and investment tracking
  • Ensure business paperwork is prepared, submitted, tracked and documented through completion in coordination with client, local and corporate office
  • Ability to understand product solution and implementation strategies as it relates to the client's comprehensive financial plan
  • Protect compliance practices within the office
  • Assist with client and advisor requests as necessary


Required Qualifications

The individual must have a minimum of three years prior experience working with a financial services firm that offers financial planning or a bachelor's degree in related area of study (Finance, Economics, Business). Candidates will need Series 7, 66 and Life & Health licenses in good standing. The individual will need to be professional, positive, with strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye to details who can adapt to change. Technology skills needed include Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Salesforce, MoneyGuide Pro, Thompson ONE and Morningstar.
