In this role, you will:
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact
  • Develop communication and training plans
  • Identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary
  • Identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures
  • Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks
  • Provide maintenance support for project teams and assist in determining implementation strategy
  • Provide input to project manager and project teams on appropriate implementation strategy, methods, and plans
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team
  • Interact with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of treasury services experience
  • 3+ years of financial services experience
  • Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
