Honeywell is looking for a growth focused Project Manager in the greater Atlanta area! We would like to bring on a leader who can take ownership of the team and move forward for success. In this role, you will implement and coordinate the all operational aspects of Building Technology projects which include Building Management Systems, HVAC Controls, Security and CCTV, Life Safety Systems, and other 3rd party technology master integration for our ongoing Customer & Product Support projects - through the complete life cycle of a project, from Pre-Sales, development, estimating and risk reviews to delivery, monitoring and clos-out. You will serve as liaison between management and planning, project team, and line management. You will review status of projects and budgets and financials. You will coordinate schedules and deliver status reports. You will assess project issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and for intervention and problem solving with managers, field personal, and customers.

YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years experience managing HVAC Controls, Building Automations, Life/Safety Access Controls
5+ years experience project management in a technical/engineering role related to Building Technologies

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
A proficient understanding of the principles and best practices in Customer Service and Project Management
Excellent team and communication skills

An ability to influence across a broader organization
