ABOUT THE TEAM

Intelligent Enterprise Business Solutions organization implements integrated and scalable SAP business-technology products, striving for the best user experience and influencing SAP's product development, applying embedded innovation like Machine Learning, Analytics, and RPA into product delivery and supporting and enabling our people to grow as professionals. In doing so IE Business Solutions strengthens SAP's revenue stream by enabling new business models, driving SAP's cloud and digitalization journey to deliver continuous customer and business value.

The IES Cash Collections & Revenue Accounting CoE within the IES Business Solutions organization consults, implements & operates IT solutions to make internal SAP Global Finance & Accounting teams more productive & help SAP run at its best. The team supports processes in Revenue Recognition, Cash Collection, and Credit Card Handling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

POSITION TITLE: SAP iXp Intern - IES REVENUE ACCOUNTING TECHNICAL
LOCATION: Newtown Square - Virtual and In-person upon office opening
EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 2022

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:

Essential duties and responsibilities can include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Direct interaction with global team members and end-users of the Cash Collections team
- Coordinating testing effort for Cash Collections teams and representing the team in various projects/initiatives.
- Manage and take responsibility for own defined tasks in an Agile setup
- Organize MS Teams, and JIRA content for easier accessibility
- Assist with definition of KPIs and measurement of metrics to monitor performance
- Actively engage in test execution
- Build an end-user feedback survey to gauge customer satisfaction

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate, master, MBA or Ph.D. degree program which is applicable to the position
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- Project management skills
- Comprehensive data analytics knowledge
- Strong customer and quality focus, highly motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong collaborative mindset (across teams and functions)
- Proven record of excellent performance
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Knowledge of Information Technology and software delivery lifecycle
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of Qualtrics is a plus
