Finance Manager

CFS has partnered with a leading Publicly Traded organization in the Madison market seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. This role is a highly visible opportunity and offers exposure to Senior Leadership cross functionally throughout the entire organization. Today, this is an individual contributing role with no direct reports but that will change in the near future.

Responsibilities of Finance Manager:

• Assist with companies product costs and Strategic/Annual Planning
• Ability to be a Business Partner - Providing insight and recommendations to Senior Leadership to help drive company profitability and drive business decisions
• Work cross functionally to identify any trends to drive decisions
• Provide Ad-Hoc support to Senior Director
• Work with the Design, Merchandising, and other teams regarding KPI's and planning processes
• Ability to make process improvements
• Understand Product Costing and what drives product cost to ultimately result in profitability for the organization

Qualifications of Finance Manager:

• 5 - 10 + years related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA or MBA preferred
• Experience being a Business Partner across the organization
• Ability to drive profitability
• Strong knowledge of large ERP software - Hyperion/Oracle
• Open to variation in work and comfortable with constant changes
• Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
