Information Technology Support Specialist

We are looking for an outgoing, communicative individual to assist in our growing IT support operations. Located in our Madison Wisconsin office, the ideal candidate would have experience in a helpdesk role, answering tickets and escalating as needed. This position will be an in-person role( and some remote), with the ideal candidate living in/around/or in proximity to the Madison Wi area. Candidates should:

• Be familiar with end-user technology such as laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, and imaging devices
• Have experience managing and working within an active directory environment, including the following:

-User account creation and maintenance

-Group policy management

-WSUS management

• Familiarization with private cloud-based platforms such as VMWare, Microsoft Azure, Etc
