Qualifications

  • Experience in leading organizational change management efforts associated with supply chain and SAP implementations a plus
  • Specific experience leading change management for (one or all of the below): o Transportation, logistics and warehousing o Distributor planning, forecasting, and ordering o Demand and supply planning
  • Anticipated travel 25% of the time.
  • Confident and competent business professional who is diplomatic, professional and exercises great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships
  • Experience working with external implementation partners
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to influence others (including a field-based audience) and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Forward-looking with a holistic approach
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization and with different regions that have different understandings and level of support for the project
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment going through a lot of change


Responsibilities

The role of External Change Lead, working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin will be part of the IT Organizational Change Management Team supporting two Supply Chain projects to deploy new capabilities (processes and technology) to simplify and improve service to our customers. In this role, the External Change Lead will create sustainable, relevant and meaningful change management, communications and training strategies, plans and deliverables to support the changes as well as drive adoption of these changes. Responsibilities: Note: Not all activities below will be needed on every project the External Change Lead works on. ??? Apply an organizational-specific structured methodology and lead change management activities: Apply change management process and tools to ensure adoption of the changes the projects are implementing. This includes leadership engagement, communication, and training. ??? Lead communication efforts: Lead the design, development, delivery, and management of communications to all stakeholders and impacted teams.
