About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant. This role is responsible for executing strategic priorities supporting Consumer Lending Financial Crimes. This position will analyze relevant information using various tools and discussions to bring transparency to progress, impediments and risks of work in execution and prepare clear, concise materials to communicate to leaders and stakeholders. This position will develop group level program documents that align with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will:
  • Lead strategic planning and provide expertise to assist the Consumer Lending Financial Crimes team (BSA/AML/OFAC) with implementations related to organization changes, policy requirements, regulatory requirements, process development, process improvement, procedure development, and process map development.
  • Conduct research on enterprise initiatives and provide recommendations based on industry trends, regulatory environment, and corporate policies that align with the bank's risk appetite.
  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and more experienced management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
  • Gather, arrange and present key risk indicators and operational metrics to senior leadership.
**Due to a city-wide mandate in New York City, all individuals who perform in-person work or interact with the public during business must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. At this time, this position falls under the scope of this mandate. **

NYC - Pay Range: $138,500 - $237,600 Annually

May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.

Required Qualifications, US:
  • 7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of BSA/AML experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • CAMS Certification
  • Understanding financial crimes risks and proven ability to develop best practices
  • Experience in financial crimes compliance, fraud, risk management, auditing, or a related job function
  • Experience working with the Bank's compliance and operational policies and procedures, and with corporate Operational Risk Platform tools such as SHRP
  • Experience identifying and driving process improvements in a complex banking environment
  • Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with a wide-range of stakeholders to deliver results
  • Ability to draft and present to senior management in a clear and concise manner in written and oral form
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex projects with cross-functional participation
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, demonstrate professionalism, and proactively escalate issues along with recommendations for successful resolution
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
  • Ability to develop informative, engaging and educational presentation and reporting materials.
      Pay Range

      $120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Annual
