POSITION DETAILS Hematology / Oncology (HEMONC)

• Location: 30 min from downtown Minneapolis, MN
• 50% Hem and 50% Onc
• March - June at one clinic and June - Aug at another clinic down the road
• 2-3 other providers at each clinic and MA/LPN and RN
• 13-17 patients/day
• Provider will typically see one new Hem consult/day and one Malignant consult/day
• Inpatient: only needed for oncology consults and occasional oncology follow up
• Active MN license or Active IMLC
• Must be BC or Truly BE
• Epic EMR
• 60 days to credential
• No call
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid and current flu
• Hematology / Oncology (HEMONC)
