Senior Materials Engineer

Join an industry-leading team as an experienced Sr. Materials Engineer supporting production facilities and end customers with respect to validation of Transport Refrigeration product performance and design. As part of our Validation and Test Lab Team, you will support New Product Development (NPD) as well as post-sale support of customer units in service. Areas of responsibility include investigation of material processing, testing material properties, material selection for new products, and forensic evaluation of failed components in our Materials/ Chemistry Lab. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with basic chemicals and lab equipment and can demonstrate a high degree of technical and professional performance. This position will be onsite in our Minneapolis, MN lab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science (or related discipline) is required.
• Five plus years of experience in a related field.

Base Compensation Range is $73,500 to $130,000.
