I have a client located in the Minneapolis, MN area that has an immediate need for an Architectural Designer.
Our client is looking for a designer for a growing design firm focused exclusively on residential new construction and renovations.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Experience detailing construction documents for new or renovation house plans
Thorough knowledge of residential construction techniques, details, and structural layout
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive experience with MS Office, AutoCAD or similar software required
Must be able to keep track of details and changes for multiple projects
Comfortable working to project timelines while producing accurate and complete documents
AutoCAD experience
Preferred Experience:
Degree in Architecture
2+ years of Revit experience
Pay Range:
$25-36/hr. (flexibility depending on experience and degree)
