Join a team that appliesits technical expertise and knowledge to ensure products that are produced withhigh quality and efficiency. You will be a technical expert with responsibilityfor product and process application. You will ensure product integrity manufacturingoutput and continuous improvements working with factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide test and manufacturing support for RLG and MEMS based inertial measurement units.
Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability and product health trends.
Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
Provide test equipment support and monitor preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.
Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree in STEM Field
4 years of engineering experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements

Knowledge of six sigma tools and Lean manufacturing
Greenbelt Certified
Proficient computer skills
Hands-on work ethic
Out-of-the-box thinking
Ability to provide clear and concise communications
Ability to work independently
Ability to partner with others on projects
Active DOD Security Clearance or the ability to be issued one
