We have a great opportunity for a Onsite Coordinator - Scheduler of Technical Services to join our team in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin location.

In this role you will:

*Apply comprehensive technical knowledge to provide logistics management of calibration services including resource tracking, scheduling and forecasting.

*Understand the technical proficiency of the calibration technician team.

*Work directly with customers to determine their calibration & repair requirements and assist in establishing calibration programs for new customers, as needed.

*Evaluate each job and determine what parameters are involved, standards needed, when and where the work is to be performed coordinating with in-house management and the sales team.

*Provide suggestions for process improvement opportunities

*Prepare customer quotations and estimates and other related letters or memos.

* Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems

* Maintain our Customer Database

QUALIFICATIONS

*High School diploma, GED, or Military training & experience in electronics or dimensional.

*Previous experience in a similar customer service or coordinator position

*Must have experience working with and/or an understanding of test & measurement equipment

*Strong communication skills including written, verbal and listening skills

*Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite

*Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

And we would prefer:

*Ability to identify different types of test & measurement equipment such as: torque wrenches, calipers, 0-scopes, Signal Generators, pressure gauge

*Technical understanding of the calibration of Electrical, Physical, Dimensional, Torque, Pressure, etc.

*Previous work experience in Metrology or other technical service industry
