We are searching for an Architectural Designer for a growing design firm focused exclusively on residential new construction and renovations in the Shoreview MN.
Qualifications:
Experience detailing construction documents for new or renovation house plans, mix use building, multi-family
Thorough knowledge of residential construction techniques, details, and structural layout
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive experience with MS Office, AutoCAD or similar software required
Must be able to keep track of details and changes for multiple projects
Comfortable working to project timelines while producing accurate and complete documents
Ability to pivot and adjust to changes
Preferred:
3 years of Revit experience
Term: 6 Months Temp to Direct
Payrate: $25 - $36 per hour (Depending on experience)
